E-Gift Certificate (EGC) may only be used to buy artwork on Tonymendozaart.com. EGC balances cannot be used for the purchase of other EGC, goods or services. Full balance must be used at the time of purchase. If an order exceeds the amount of the EGC balance, Tonymendozaart.com requires that the excess be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
EGC is not redeemable for cash in Florida, or in any other state unless required by law. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
