It cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of www.tonymendozaart.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash in Florida, or in any other state unless required by law.; returned for a cash refund.
- Risk of Loss: The TEGC will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
